This is the job for you! We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Help to develop a corporate sales strategy and offer appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Also some admin backup tasks belong to the role. You will be part of our Benelux Sales team and work in close cooperation with the other team members, but also with our other teams like customer service, product, across offices in NL, SE and UK. You have two main focus areas: - Support and develop a corporate sales strategy- Boost corporate salesYour main KPIs are Revenue & margins, number of orders and number of new and returning customers. In future we will add KPI’s like LifeTimeValue.Your responsibilities: - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;- Find customer leads and contact them through cold calling;- Reach sales targets and outcomes within schedule.- Support and develop a corporate sales strategy- Back up role for some light admin tasks Functievereisten - Work experience as a sales representative;- Highly motivated and target driven, fantastic selling and negotiation skills;- Excellent communication skills and team spirit;- Experience using CRM/ESP platforms, Hubspot is a plus- Understanding of customer data, databases in general- Strong understanding of email best practices- Takes initiative to generate ideas and lead them to execution- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
