With more than 150 airline partners they help customers to get to their final destination hassle-free.
Using one of the leading European mobility platforms, they can offer airport shuttle’s to more than 180 airports. In addition they also facilitate multimodal connections between flights, trains and ferries.

Client recently opened a brand new service desk at Schiphol Airport, where they strive to provide their passengers with the best travel experience possible.
Due to high increase of activities, they are looking for enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to act as customer service & ticketing agent at their Schiphol Airport based desk and office.
The Position involves all areas of air reservations & operations control in a highly automated environment.

Job tasks:
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking return journeys, selling holiday packages and other related products and services.
• Follow up procedures related to customer travel (confirmation of airline tickets, tour confirmations, bookings & reservations, refunds & cancelations).
• Visit travel fairs and be our spokesperson to both airlines and travel agents.
• Handling chats/e-mails and face to face costumer care
Functievereisten Job Requirements •
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of ticketing (Amadeus/Travelport/Sabre)
• Must be fluent in Dutch and English. A third language is an advance
• Able to work 32-40 hours a week. Shifts can be 24/7.
• Experienced in working in a high-quality customer-service environment.
• Experience with automated systems and MS Office
• Willing to wear our uniform.
• Enthusiastic, communicative and outgoing personality
• Shifts vary between their Schiphol service desk and their Schiphol back-office
• Enjoy working for a start-up company
• Candidate must be legally permitted to work in The Netherlands.

Salary indication: Depending on experience in IATA ticketing, varying from € 1.800,- - € 2.800,- gross per month.
Travel compensation limited to 40KM distance.
